* Our goal is to demonstrate what fuel and transportation choices are currently available for use as replacement for vehicles that burn fossil fuels. Program Volunteer Designations: NOTE: Volunteers will be interviewed and issued appropriately colored shirts on Saturday April 9th 9am at Nogas LLC factory. This Kick Gas shirt may be retained by the volunteer after successful completion of the event.
Nogas LLC. will also give a store credit or discount equal to $10 per each hour worked to be applied towards the price up to the full purchase of any model of Nogas Vintage Scooter.
Hours will be logged and credit amount will be permanently retained by Nogas LLC. for redemption by volunteer at any time in the future. Credits are transferable on approval by volunteer worker.
A credit receipt will be issued to each volunteer for verification on request.
This event qualifies as community service for those needing this.
JOB DESIGNATIONS. . .
Approximately 14 total members needed. 4 will serve as buddy relief. 10 members working.
a)WHITE shirts will be provided along with promotional material to distribute.
b)White shirt team members will ask general public attendees older than 16 years approximately ten "Yes or No" questions. The White shirt team surveyor will circle the appropriate responses. Each White shirt team member will earn an additional $1 Nogas credit for each completed and initialed survey. White shirt team members will be provided with survey materials and instructed on how to query.
c) Each volunteer will meet at BASE YELLOW (which is the Yellow colored tent located near the presentation tent) at the beginning of each rest break to clock out and submit the completed surveys to the BASE YELLOW attendant (Black Shirt). Water will be available at Base Yellow.
d)After each rest break ,White Shirt team members must go to BASE YELLOW to clock-in and to replenish survey and promotional materials.
8 workers and 4 relief buddies are needed. They must train and work on Saturday prior to event (April 16th 10am to 2 pm) and on Thursday evening (April 21st 6PM-8:30PM) and work on the day of the event (April 23rd from 8 AM to 8PM) Hourly credits will be issued for this time

a) Tan Shirt team will set up Green Expo Archway and provide information regarding their electric vehicle.
b) Tan Shirt team members will be assigned a vehicle to clean and monitor and answer questions.
c) Tan Shirt team members will Take surveys for Nogas credits and pass out pamphlets at posts as well as answer questions about vehicles.

a)assemble solar systems frames
b) set up the "Green EXPO" archway
c) secure solar panels and inverter on trailers for transport.
d)determine if wind turbine can be safely transported.

a) make ready all equipment to be transported and set up.
b) Then ride 8 scooters and one electric VAN downtown to Convention center. Return transportation to Nogas Shop( Winford Ave) will be provided. I hope to have you returned to Nogas LLC factory by 8:30 PM.
8am: Chip Graham, Reagan Walbaum, Brent Jackson, Alvaro Cruz meet at Nashville Convention center. 9am Set up 3 Scooters ( Gold checkered Vintage, Red Sevcon Vintage, Aqua Euro outside) Baby Blue Vintage and Silver Vintage at foot of escalators on either side. Set 3 scooters Black with saddle bags , Pink vintage and Black Euro inside exhibit hall.
Meet no later than 8:00 AM all TAN and Black shirts ready to ride and transport the 8 scooters, 3 Electric vehicles , Drive ARCH WAY in u-haul truck , and solar system to Centennial Park Set up arrive at 9am. Show begins at 11:00am.
11:00 AM all shirts take posts positions.
All Volunteers will coordinate with buddy relief team members (yellow shirts) regarding schedule of rest breaks and lunch break.
Lunch will be provided beginning at 12 noon -3pm
7PM all shirts meet at Transportation tent for tear down instructions.
White Shirts will help disassemble archway, multimedia system and wind generator and return survey forms to Black shirts
Tan shirts will supervise tear down of Arch way, Wind generator , return survey forms to black shirts and ride scooters back to Nogas LLC.

Only a valid Driver License is required for riders with helmets to do group-ride Nogas electric motorcycles departing from Nogas LLC./ 2612 Winford Ave./ Nashville, TN./ 37211 departing 7:15 AM Saturday morning to ride 7 miles to Centennial Park Earth Day Festival. A second crew needed to ride back on Saturday evening departing Centennial Park at 7:15PM to return motorcycles to Nogas LLC.
The ride is approximately 7 miles. Return transportation will be provided.
